**RODNEY EID BREAKS GUINNESS WORLD RECORD AT SEA ON UAE NATIONAL DAY

A HISTORIC MUSICAL TRIBUTE TO THE EMIRATES, DEDICATED TO CHILDREN’S EDUCATION**

Dubai, UAE — 2 December 2025:

Dubai-based DJ, music producer, and entrepreneur Rodney Eid, a proud Lebanese–Armenian artist, has officially set a new Guinness World Record for the Longest DJ Set at Sea, completing the marathon performance on December 2nd — a symbolic date marking the UAE’s National Day.

As someone who carries a rich cultural heritage and a deep personal journey, Eid describes the UAE as the nation that embraced him and allowed him to dream without limits. “Arriving as a Lebanese–Armenian with ambition and hope, I found a home here in the Emirates — a place that gave me safety, opportunity, and a future,” Eid reflects.

Performed offshore on a purpose-equipped vessel, the record attempt was more than a test of endurance; it was a deeply personal act of gratitude toward the UAE, the country he proudly considers his second home.

As he approached the emotional finale of the 24+ hour performance, Eid closed with his original song “I Feel At Home,”written as a musical tribute to the UAE. The moment culminated with the UAE National Anthem echoing across the ocean — a symbolic ending that reflected both his multicultural roots and his profound appreciation for the Emirates.

The world record also carried a humanitarian purpose. In partnership with Dubai Cares, Eid launched “Beats for Brighter Futures,” a campaign supporting global children’s education. With his background and experiences, he hopes to inspire children everywhere — especially those facing challenges — to believe that dreams are possible.

“This achievement is dedicated to the UAE and to every child whose future deserves hope,” he said. “The Emirates taught me the meaning of opportunity, and I want to pay that forward.”

Supported by marine authorities, local partners, and the wider community, the accomplishment became a defining moment in the UAE’s National Day celebrations, reinforcing the nation’s role as a global beacon of culture, unity, and humanitarian progress.
